Unable to Override Policy

Hi All,

I have a few exchnage servers that when trying to locally override the policy we keep getting the error 'Unable to override policy'. The policy disables for a short period of time then enables again.

This policy is applied to about 100 servers and it is only happeneing on around 15 of them.

I found this KB which descbibes my situation.

We dont have very many global policy options list vaules but i removed them anyway and tested with no change. 

These exchnage servers and pretty well spec'd so they are not underpowered at all

Does anyone have any other ideas before we log a support case for this?
