UMC not working

I have installed DCS Advanced Server 6.7 MP1 in 2 test environments, but I am unable to get the UMC working at all, I dont even get the page to load up at all to allow me to enter my login details.

My url is

https://<umcserverhostname>:8443/webportal/#/

I have installed the Java Console, and this works ok but it has limited fuinctionality,  is there anything specific that I need to do to get the UMC working, is there a sperate install, as from my understanding, it should be available after installing the main product via the server.exe executable.
