HA between two separate DCS installations

I need a solution

Hi Folks,
I'm about to embark on the installation of DCS-SA into two datacentres.

These two datacentres are independant but in a Disaster Recovery scenario some of the servers in the Primary DC will spin-up into the secondary DC.
Both DCs each have their own master server and database, and the client machines will connect to the masterserver in their respective DC

I have this scenario in another set of DCs but the DR spin-up requirement came along after the SCSP(in that case) was long installed.
In that case after the DR the spun-up servers have to have their agent certs changed manually in order to be able to report to the secondary DC master server.
They already have it configured as the secondary server on their configuration.

This time around I want to  configure the two master servers with the same credentials so that the agents will be able to immediately report to the secondary DC master server.

I have only found how to prepare the failover where the two master servers are in the same DC (install tomcat portion only on second master and use .xml and ssl cert of first).
Is there a way that I can install the DCSSA instance in one DC and then the install the second instance in the second DC using whatever files necessary from the first so that the same agent certs will be valid in both DCs?

John
