Changing the DCS Password used to install and create the database

I need to create a process to regularly change the password that the DCS Server uses to access it's Database(On a different server).

During the install, you can give it a username and set the password for the DB owner.

It defaults to scspdba.

I need to manually change this password every certain number of days based on risk requirements. I'd like to change the other accounts DCS created as well during the install like the scsp_ops and scsp_plugin accounts.

But my main concern is the db owner account scspdba.

I know that the scsp_ops pass is located in the server.xml (not a good idea really), but I'm not sure where or how to tell the DCS manager server to change it's connection string for a new password for scspdba DB owner account. So when I change the password in the DB, how do I tell DCS server about this new password?
